Due to its healthy and organoleptic properties, this olive oil is ideal for raw use, thus enhancing the flavors and aromas of the accompanying ingredients. In a subtle way when it comes to finishing a dish, it pairs very well with vegetables, meat, seafood and fish. It can also stand out as the main ingredient in the preparation of desserts such as olive oil ice cream with chocolate and orange coulant.
Appearance: Cloudy, lime green color with herbaceous tones.
Nose: Fresh and intense with sweet fragrances. Great diversity of aromas, especially freshly cut grass, green apple and tomato.
Palate: Medium-high fruitiness, dense and silky, very balanced, with a remarkable aromatic richness where a spicy and slightly bitter finish stands out.
